This log cabin is situated on the beautiful Prosperous Lake with a 30-year lease. The 646 sq. ft. one-bedroom cabin includes a screened porch with amazing views of the lake.
The cabin comes fully-equipped and furnished. The upgraded kitchen has plenty of cupboards, a propane fridge, and a stove. The dining room includes a wooden kitchen table, handmade birch benches and 4 chairs. The living room comes with a hide-a-bed and a …futon. Bedroom includes double bed and a small Murphy's bed.
There is 1200 sq. ft. of decking that provides many different sitting areas and views of the lake. Lookout/water tower is 6 x 8 ft. - upper level includes single bed. Two 8 x 8 ft. sheds. Two tent platforms: 8 x 12 ft.; 12 x 12 ft. plus one 8 x 10 Fort McPherson tent.
Wood-fired hot tub comes with a new chimney. The hot tub has not been used recently and may need the bands adjusted to seal it, or a liner could be available (at buyer cost.)
Outdoor shower. Water filtration system for potable water; gravity fed water system and 200 gal. tank and water pump (2018) may need some repairs to system.
Part of roof re-shingled (2019) - shingles on site to complete roof. A gas generator, a new Honda gas water pump and hoses.
